  So I am a mess. Have had reflux, and stomach upset and was convinced it was esophageal cancer. A CT scan showed no evidene and no abnormal sites in the abdomen etc... yet I am obsessed with feeling for lymphnode swelling in my neck under my jaw etc...  Well I think I was pressing to hard in under my jaw and now it hurts and now I think thats a sign of cancer. When will this cycle of worry end.  Has anyone else done this to obsession?

  Hello,5 months ago my father passed away at 89. He was healthy and even though he was 89 his death was still a shock.  Then my mother needed to be placed in a home bvecause she has dementia.  I thought I was handling my fathers death well but about a month ago I had two panic attacks out of nowhere. Ever since I think I have developed an ulcer.  This led to to trips to the ER to be checked out. I was convinced it was cancer and had this full on dread feeling like I was going to die in 6...

  So past two days I've had heightened anxiety for many reasons which led to a panic attack.  I get this feeling I can only describe as needing to do something. Like a need to pace or feeling like I should be doing something. It bugs me. Any tips on how to deal with it. I know it's irrational because I've had a busy day but it's like this mental block.

  Hello, I am new here and need help. I am on effexor 225mg and trazodone for sleep when I need it. The past couple of days I am experiencing what I think are anxiety attacks.  I feel jittery, the need to Pace around, the overwhelming need to cry and just feeling like I am coming out of my skin. Please tell me I am not crazy and that this feeling will end. How do I stop it and what can I do to change my mindset?
