  Well, here I am, it's way early and I'm up.  I've had quite an interesting time the last few weeks. First off a couple of weeks ago I spent 5 hours in the ER. Then last Wednesday a medical procedure to figure out why.  Health insurance didn't pay for all of the lab work done. The out of pocket cost for the procedure wasn't pretty. I haven't gotten the bill for the ER and CT they did there yet. Then last weekend my mom spent 3 days in the hospital where she wasn't responding to any of the meds...

  Hey Mark! Yeah, I'm doing ok. I have some physical health concerns, but hopefully they will turn out OK. Other than that pretty stressed out at times, but thankfully so far I'm holding it together. Have a great day!

  I've been pretty busy, but I'm still doing well. I still have my share of frustrations though. One of them being my intrusive thoughts that are pretty disturbing at times.  But even though they're upsetting, they're my normal.  I finished another track for you guys to listen if you'd like.  This one is an emotional trailer track and it's a lot more mellow then my last trailer track.  It's called " The Dawn of Infinity"  Here's the youtube link.  Take care...
