  Hi everyone,I am looking for connections with people who suffer with anxiety like I do. I cannot connect with anyone in my life right now and am feeling alone. I have diagnosed Health anxiety and panic disorder. I have had it mostly under control but the last two to three months have been unbearable. I have a full aching in my chest and when I have a panic attack if I don't take anything to help it will last on average 3 hours. Anyone struggling with similar issues? Thanks for reading.
