  Hello,I am new here and am looking to find ways to better myself. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety my entire life and last weekened had one of the worst panic attacks I have ever had. I worry about everything and need to make sure I dont mess things up. My other half witnessed my panic attack and was there for me but is now very distant and couldnt look,talk, or touch me.
