  I am writing this post to anyone dealing with depression, I am currently dealing with feelings of intense sadness myself and I am on a journey to healing. I pray that everyone finds healing.   Two years ago I had my first panic attack I was so scared I went straight to the hospital. I thought I was dying. Things quickly went south and my struggle with anxiety began. I went to see a psychiatrist and therapist who put me on medication and it really helped for a long time. Recently I went through something traumatic I was pregnant but became severely ill and had to terminate my pregnancy.
