Status: Before covid I avoided people. Now Im normal.
About Me
I’m an oldie, 50+. I have had depressions on and off my whole life, and anxiety since a burnout 2003. I got the diagnose GAD about ten years ago. Because of my sicknesses, or maybe my medications, I suffer from chronic stress, memory problems, social phobia and fatigue, But I am also an optimist, love learning new things, and good at finding things that make me happy.
