Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Today I could only walk for about 20 minutes before getting that off-balance feeling. My girlfriend really wants me to make an appointment with my doctor, because she thinks it could be a medication thing (I agree).
Don't judge me, but I haven't been to the doctors in over a year, due to COVID-19 (tele appts) and just needing a break after my brain bleed.
Im on blood pressure meds and kidney meds (like six different ones total) for the past year and a half, so I guess it would be time to adjust... Especially, since I lost a bunch of weight since then...
Im scared to go, but I'm even more scared of the dizzy spells, and not being able to go for my walks.
Hopefully, I can go soon, get the blood work done, and get some answers.
Peace, love, and blessings!!

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments. My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

However, I'm not on any med cocktails. No doctor, no doctor drugs. Walk-in medicine chests do have a way of producing unexpected side-effects. Do get that bloodwork done.
I'm anxious/scared that it could be a repeat of 2019 (brain bleed/my kidneys).
Even though, I changed my whole lifestyle, take meds, and do everything right. I still think my body is going to turn against me for some reason... I always tell people to believe in themselves and appreciate the good/bad days, but I can't take my own advice when I need to... I have to change that habit.
Yes, go get seen, get your questions and lab work done for the results - you'll feel better when it is done!
Medicine and weight loss = changes.
You're not alone!
I feel so stupid about not getting it done sooner, I probably wouldn’t be feeling like this.
Never mind. . .
The important part is that you got to it today. Go you. May the mystery soon reveal. Gentle support while you sort. Keep us posted.
I talked to my doctor a little bit on the phone, she doesn't want me to stop taking any meds yet, and she thinks things will clear up and get answers after I get my blood taken and she can check the labs. I will keep you guys posted.
Hopefully it is just stress and I need an adjustment of meds.
