  I had the worst and longest panic attack of my life last night. It lasted all night and I had the worst physical and mental symptoms I've ever had. I just don't know what I can do to relieve it I feel so uptight and tense and I am at the end of my tether with things I can do to help myself. I'm a mobile hairdresser and I go back to work next week - all I ever wanted was a long successful career but I already know I'm going to end up not doing clients they'll go elsewhere and my business will...

  Hi guys, I'm new to this site and this group but I just wanted to share some troubles that I've been having recently. I've had anxiety since I was about 17 (I'm 23 now) and about a year ago I flew for the first time since I was little which was a massive thing for me.
