  I just have to say that being alone on the 4th of July really sucks. I'm trying so hard to stay busy and fight off the depression.

  So my therapist informed me last week that my next visit will be my last and she will be discharging me. I am excited but also very nervous. I have been in therapy for almost 1.5 years for anxiety, depression, social phobia, and panic disorder. I have also been taking medication for almost 2 years. I do feel like I have come a long way since I started but I fear that once I stop the therapy and eventually the medication too that I may fall back into that dark place I was at when I first...

  My depression is so bad this weekend. I thought it was getting better but I just can't stand to be alone.
