  3 weeks ago my live in boyfriend lost it and beat and strangled me for almost an hour. He is in jail facing a felony but I am just a mess.I just don't know how to start to let go of the pain. I know 3 weeks isn't long, but its like it just happened. I am scared to see him in court gratefully its zoom not live still. But I don't even want to see his face. Just lost. I never expected this. Thanks for listening. or reading..
