  My anxiety is through the roof. Finances are bad since my husband has been out of work since March....down 75% of our income.He is also having hip replacement on the 23rd.I am completely stressed the kids will be disappointed with their amount of gifts (WAY less than they are accustomed to), taking care of him, and hosting Christmas dinner for my parents. Chaos in general causes panic attacks.   I have severe insomnia since June when my acute anxiety attacks started.  I medicate for sleep... pretty much have tried every sleep med on the market. I had a sleep study done and it showed nothing. The sleep doctor is now suggesting seeing a therapist that specializes is insomnia. My insurance doesn't cover it and we are struggling financially so I can't pay out of pocket.  I bought the book the sleep therapist wrote and CBT. I am SOOOOOOO skeptical. Anyone have any positive thoughts on...

  Since my anxiety peaked at the end of June my sleep has been horrible.  I've been prescribed everything. Tonight I'm doing an in home sleep monitoring test and flipping out anxious.Anyone have any experience getting through this? I toss and turn and walk around most nights all night so no idea if this will even get data they need.Ughhhhh
