  Hi Guys,Just went through a little rough moment and want to write out my thoughts again. As I explained before I've been getting anxious in the car and it's been causing me to get car sick/ feeling nauseous. I havent felt sick driving around the past week which is good. But just a little bit ago my mom asked me to go to the store with her. I was feeling fine when she asked. But as soon as I got into the car I felt so sick.   Hi guys im new here and really just need somewhere to talk about this. I have dealt with my anxiety disorder since i was about 5 or 6? I'm a 25 year old woman now and have felt ive overcome and managed it by now.
