  I feel like I am going crazy every day and I don't know how to handle it. I can't keep the bad anxious thoughts or scenarios out of my head, no one knows what I am going through. I'm tired of feeling this way, I'm tired of laying in my room doing nothing while I let my anxious thoughts overwhelm me. I just want one good day, that's all I ask for. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm tired of crying, being angry.
