  You know how there are days when you will have relapses and days where you will be able to skate by scott free. Well I am in the middle of this cycle.   Pretty clean day, I believe I didn't lie, but who knows, belief can have a weird way of justifying the unjustifyable. Anyway, pretty strong day, I believe, overall, think that I am becoming more and more supportive of being honest to not just my folks, but my therapist, teachers, friends, and mentors.   As we stand 6 days in, my honest has skyrocketed, and my lying has continued to decline, I still fervently notice it and know that it is still an integral part of me. As little conversation I have throughout the day, will be sprinkled with a lie, that I will only then realize was a lie after the fact.
