  Hi- I'm a 39 year old male who has been struggling with anxiety and Panic disorder for roughly 8 years now. I currently take 40 mg celexa daily, 200 mg Gabapentin daily; and 1-2mg of Xanax as needed daily. I visit a psychiatrist weekly but was hoping for some other guidance. Does anyone have panic attacks in similar situations they have had panic in before? We live 2 blocks from the ocean. The last several times we have walked there I have had fight or flight panic attacks. Starting to feel...
