  Has anyone else experienced a feeling that your heart sometimes skips a beat? Occasionally I will feel like my heart stops for a split second and then immediately turns into a panic attack? Sometimes this happens when I am not feeling anxious.  Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and whether anxiety can cause this

  I have been on lexapro for several years, but the past year I've been having panic attacks as well as random anxiety moments and depersonalization.  I have an irrational fear of being in situations I'm not able to get out of ex planes, elevators, sometimes car2 weeks ago I had to fly out of town for a work trip and I had severe panic attacks the whole time on the plane as well as mild anxiety the whole time I was away from home.  When I got back I went to the doc and he changed my medication...
