  I’ve gotten so much support through my last post. I’m still trying to learn the website so sorry if I didn’t respond to any of the reply’s. Right now I’ve just been in a bad state. I’m over emotional and I don’t know how to deal with my stress properly. I look at little things and get overwhelmed and spiral down in to a crying mess and panic.   hello I’m new to this site and I really just wanted I place to be open and ask questions. So I’m in about a three month old relationship with my first boyfriend and he is the only one who has ever known about my self harm. I told him about it and how I haven’t done it in a while which gave him the comfort that it was something in the past and I shouldn’t focus on that negative part of my life.however the past year I have peaks of relapse after months have past and I had one recently.
