  I don't know for awhile now I have been trying the no contact thing and its been going good but I got up today wanting to text him and call him the urge was really strong today and  just missimg him like Crazy today but I'm at work and I'm just going to push thru and ignore the urges as much as I can to not contact him at all

  What does it mean if your ex calls or text you a after he doesn't hear me in days then out the blue he will show up at my house or text me last night after I got home from work out the blue he text me and showed up at my  house and wen I look at him in the eyes I can see that he loves me but wen we not in front of each other he can be real ahort nd cold towards me I really dont know wat is going on with this its like he don't want me to get to a point were I would let him go

  I had an emotional break down on monday for aomw reason I really just needed to call my ex I wanted to hear his voice all the emotions was running on ten at the same time my head knows I'm single but sometimes the heart just is not trying to hear it but I had control over me and I didn't call him at all I did however cry half the night but I would take crying over calling anyday because if I call he would talk .that's the thing so I'm proud of myself

  Today was a better day than yesterday at first I thought about leaving town didn't think me and my ex could make it in the same city the hurt and pain was too much but realized last nite that I would be OK and that in time my heart would heal I said that I didnt knw if I wantednto love again because it is just too painful when it doesnt work out I really haven't changed my mind about that part yet but t I decided not to up root my kids just because I'm hurting
