  Slowly but surely I’m working on becoming an honest woman, it’s only my third day and I struggle to bite my tongue but I do. I have an odd urge to lie and I still and working on figuring out why. The hardest things are the little white lies that no one will question but I try to hold myself accountable and tell the truth. I just wish I was different but I still feel hopeful. I honestly just wish I was scared to lie like everyone else.

  Today started off well, I’ve learned I only chose to lie when people ask me more about me or the questions get controversial. I don’t want anyone’s feeling to be hurt, but I know now that I can’t lie because if someone else’s feelings. I told a lie today about my cousins temporary tattoo her dad didn’t seem to like where I placed it and felt the need to lie and say she told me to put it there and with her being 7 he believed me.   As I lay in bed reading everyone’s confessions it seems to give me hope or “the light at the end of the tunnel” as someone else said I want my family to begin to trust me and I want to earn theirs. I’ve made a vow from this day forward to always be the best me I can be although I know it will be hard and I will have a few set backs I’m ready and willing to be a better person for myself! I’ve never felt so hopeful in admitting that I am a liar and I am working on it

  ive had a girlfriend for about a year now and we’ve been great everything about us is amazing, except I lie a lot and I can’t understand why I even do it st times. I can’t imagine the thought of losing her but I also know I can’t change for her. So I am on her to do it for myself! I am determined to be a better person. I just wish I felt more comfortable telling the truth as I do when I lie.
