  Some days, I question why it is that I don't want to leave the house unless I absolutely have to (examples: doctor appointments, runs because they're around a tot lot a block from home, to my current part-time job). This comes up because I'm in the process of looking for a better job than I have now, but I pretty much do everything wrong. I treat networking events like they're dynamite sticks and delete the invites as they come in.Then I get reminders like this morning about why I am the way...

  Hi,I'm a casual runner who has one 5K under my belt and am in the process of trying for my second...but I have a problem that I just want to put out there.I've been using the C25K training program, and that's been all well and good, but my plan of attack is woefully short on strength training. I'm just asking for an injury as my plan stands now.My problem is I can't find a strength training program for the life of me. I don't drive, so I can't access a gym. Every website I've accessed so far...
