Dear DS diary,

I just can't tie my thoughts into a specific theme...so this all seems kinda random today, what little I can come up with.

* The police shootings in Dallas didn't do what they could have done because I only heard about them over the morning news yesterday and not again thereafter yesterday.  But they still had an effect on me.  Hard to explain it, because...

* ...I've had a lot of trouble sleeping lately.  The capper came the other night when I couldn't sleep at all.  I was a zombie at work yesterday.  It's a combination of a lot of things, but difficulties finding a workout plan to complement my runs has been the biggest problem.  I'm just not finding a perfect match anywhere.

* I'm not really in love with this new site.  I was hoping there would be a Meebo-type feature (there's not), and I'm wondering where all the user groups went off to (not that I really visited them all that much, but still).
