  Been hypomanic for 13 days. Getting 4 or less of sleep but it’s better than what I was getting before. Before I was not sleeping for 8 days, now I’m sleeping for a few hrs. Does anyone have weird dreams when they’re hypomanic? I do..

  Its day 9 of my hypomania episode. It seems to be coming down now, kinda. Beginning to sleep more than 20 mins.

  I think I’m becoming hypomanic. I barely eat, sleep, and I’m having elevated mood. I’m taking my meds but it isn’t making much of a difference. Oh well just have to go with the flow.
