About Me
I'm Caity. I've been suffering from depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. I know that in regards to these conditions, I've made a lot of progress over the last few years in what I can do versus what I can't do, and how I go about perceiving and handling situations in my day-to-day life. But I still have my struggles, and that's where I'm hoping this site will help. I know I'm not the only one out there who is going through similar issues. So I figured I could try to reach out and see if by talking to other individuals who are going through the same thing may help me along, and if possible, maybe I can help others too.
