  So i have started exercising and my energy picked up which is great but now i feel like i am starving constantly. Carbs always sound good :( i meet with a dieticin on thursday and i am hoping she can help me get that push i need in the right direction :) how do you not feel deprived how do i pass this phase and onto feeling better? And is it normal to feel shaky at first and light headed? As i start to try to eat better. I also increased water intake. Thanks

  I am new and i ofcourse am bipolar i was diagnose at 15 i am 33. My mom passed away 2 years ago on this day and i miss her constantly. My dad passed in 2008. I have a complicated family life due to members of my family having drug problems. Some days are harder than others. I am currently on disability. I have held jobs and had to quit due to my issues. I just started a new med called loxapine so my psych is trying to stabilize me yet again. Does anyboy else expire meds? They only work for a...

  I am new i am currently weighing 330 and i am 5ft 5in i want to lose weight i have started a H2O cardio class and am starting to eat better.
