About Me
I discovered that changing my food sources from processed to real and my activity from sitting to exercise helped beyond the body. Over 10 years of family estrangement had crushed me, rendered me in a constant state of catatonic depression and suicidal ideation. While crossing the bridge from fat to fit, I found that the same prescription helped to manage depression better than with pills that had many negative side effects. I am grateful that I found a path of which helps me to cope and create a better life in body and mind.
