  My boyfriend of 3.5 years broke up with me a week after Valentine's Day and I have been heartbroken ever since. At first I was relieved to be apart from him. He was emotionally abusive and always made it known that I gained weight. A few days would pass when I began to feel devastated and destroyed by this break up.
