  I've done so well with being honest with myself and those around me.  I've tried so hard to think before I speak, to take accountability.  I lied about one thing, something I had justified to myself, and that like has destroyed the progress made in in repairing my relationship.In order to understand the lie I'll have to post my story, which is long overdue.

  Today was a very difficult day, my therapist told me things that I did not want to hear, but I know I needed to hear them. Right now I am completely alienated from my family.
