Baby steps
Today was a very difficult day, my therapist told me things that I did not want to hear, but I know I needed to hear them. Right now I am completely alienated from my family. We live in the same house, but I'm not allowed to participate in any family activities, nor am I allowed to sleep in a bed.
We may be able to get through this, but my greatest fear is even if we are able to work through this, that there will be a fundamental lack of trust that will keep us from ever having a healthy relationship.
So basically, my struggle right now is this...is our relationship even worth saving?

I am sorry but I felt your pain when you stated that you are not allowed to sleep in a bed. Everyone deserves that in life. And aren't all relationships worth saving? I think mine is. I have tried to hold onto that as I deal with the fallout of another set of lies. I am worthy of giving love and receiving it in return. At least I think so.
All relationships are worth saving. It just depends on if one party is willing to listen and be there, and if the other side is willing to try. I am not saying that to be one sided, but all parties should try to fix a relationship. Is it worth it to you is the bigger question?
