It's been 3 months with just cannabis and I'm doing better than ever. I feel like my old self again. And I found my old self again in the process. Some of us just need to be free. Say-la-ve, and grow that sintky sticky weed!

I feel good these days. I feel like my old-self again. Cannabis is a miracle drug for me, and it seems like the ASD community is embracing it. That's all I have to say. Smoke on.

This might be one of my last journals on here. I feel good these days, as I have most of my life. I overthought my mental state the last few years, and as it turned out, all I needed was a change in lifestyle. And cannabis. With lots of indica (Blueberry DJ Short), I sleep like a bear all night. 3 Days in with just cannabis. I feel great, and have not had any anxiety whatsoever. I'm not sure I even have anxiety; I just had a lot at a time in my life when I was lost. I've found my way back, and I just want to thank cannabis for giving me a second chance. I'm happy to be more open with cannabis as well. Life is so short anyway.

I've finished my taper. Last night was my first night without any medicine besides cannabis. While the medication I was prescribed helped me when I needed it, I feel confident those days are behind me. I'm going to continue using cannabis since it helps me tremendously. Down with prohibition.

Everything is going well. I'm feeling better each day. Now that I've begun tapering off Xanax, I'm now starting to taper of Gabapentin, too. Cannabis, like when I was younger, is working miracles. Upward on and onward.

I'm doing well tapering off my medication. I'm at a trace amount dose. I feel a lot better, and haven't had any anxiety attacks. Cannabis is helping me as it always did when I was younger. I hope NY allows medical patients the rights we deserve.The greedy investors need to understand that their rhetoric is laughable.A bunch of suit-and-tie drones. Upward and onward.

Thanks to therapy and seeking psychiatric I've revisted my past, and not just those times with my father, but the last 4 years as well. (1) I've begun tapering off my medication using the method from the Mayo Clinic--3/4--2/4--1/4. I'm on the latter as of now and taking .5mg at night only. In a another week I hope to be taking CBD in place of it, which worked for me all my life up until a few years ago. I feel like I'm breathing new air. (2) I forgive my father, and other people who I bumbed...

It's been a good start to a new week. My goal this winter is to hike 2-3 times a week even if the weather is in the single digits. I actually enjoy cold, crisp winter days. I slept well the last two nights, hitting that 7 hour mark. Overall, my anxiety has been manageable, though there's still progress to be made. No serious panic attacks of recent--just that fight or fight feeling when I encounter unkown situations. My anger is in check, though I think credit for that goes to my intense...

Sleep:I'm keeping busy these days hiking, being an uncle, and working on new projects. But I need sleep to do those things. Sleeping has always been an issue of mine, but I've been getting at least 6 hours of rest per night these last 2 months. I've been working on reaching that 7/8 hour mark, but overall my sleep patterns have improved.

My family survived the holidays intact. I don't drink alcohol b/c of my medications, but my siblings do, and I still felt apart of their fun. I did my best to be a better family member, and everyone verified that my mental health this year seemed a lot better. My family, and in-laws alike, were easier to be around. At times, I felt extremely anxious and a lot of social pressure, but I pulled through. Today, I can get back to my regular routine and look back on last week as a success.
