  i am really curious to know how everyone starts and ends their day. Do you eat right when you wake up? wait x amount of minutes? and what do you eat? Supplements?. And for the evening at what time do you eat youre last meal and when do you usually go to sleep? and again any Supplements?I usually eat right when i wake up and i am not sure if that is the best way but my stomach handles it okay. I eat a small bowl of oatmeal with chia seeds.

  after i started dealing with gastritis, i am starting to wake up everymorning between 7-8am, this morning i woke up at 6 am. So when i wake up i get  a little bit of hunger feeling and mostly anxiety, even if i try to go back to sleep the anxiety keeps me from falling asleep again. As soon as i go out of bed the anxiety fades away, dont know why this happens :/ i go to sleep in good mood and no anxiety or anything.. any ideas?

  roughly two months ago i had an endoscope done and i got diagnosed with mild gastritis. The doctor was not sure what caused it, i had been using anabolic steroids and was on an heavy diet prior to the stomach pain, and i had experienced anxienty from time to time prior and during. What are youre thoughts on the steroids and heavy diet regarding if it caused the gastritis? also the diet was basically same food all day for months.Now i am on a clean diet, and i got pretty good recently but i ate...
