  So I am slowly weening myself off of taking the natural herb vitex.its been about 6months since I been taking it and just wanted to see if my periods will come every month same time without taking them.So far my average of 32 days is broke,because I still havent started yet.WTH! I was really hoping i didnt need it anymore,plus i been doing really well with my diet and exercise but at least I know its coming.My nipples hurt so bad and these cramps are killing me.Vitex really helped with my pms...

  Feeling mild cramps. I just know my periods coming .I'm happy my periods are becoming so regular now but at this point I have stopped tracking my ovulation days because it doesn't matter anyway.i get a right on time.i don't know whether to love my body or hate it.

  Hi everyone, my first time joining a support group and feeling better that I'm not alone all ready but heart broken anyone has to go through this.i have been trying to conceive with my husband for over 5 years now and on the verge of giving up. I was diagnosed with pcos years ago but overall Dr's say my ovaries are healthy and have been getting my periods regularly for a couple years now since I changed my diet.i had my tubes tested and came out great ,no blockage.my husband refuses to do any...
