Vitex really helped with my Pcos

So I am slowly weening myself off of taking the natural herb vitex.its been about 6months since I been taking it and just wanted to see if my periods will come every month same time without taking them.So far my average of 32 days is broke,because I still havent started yet.WTH! I was really hoping i didnt need it anymore,plus i been doing really well with my diet and exercise but at least I know its coming.My nipples hurt so bad and these cramps are killing me.Vitex really helped with my pms symptoms.I think Ill take a break for a couple of months then go back on them.They helped with my pcos so much.At this point I dont mind taking them forever.
