just feeling like breaking down crying...feel like my body is not mine and is working against me, like it's invaded by some other life force...I dunno...nothing seems right anymore.  

not doing so well today...trying to ride it out and believe that tomorrow will be a better day...it's hard though. I think maybe I just need to get a good night sleep or two...it's been off lately...
