Anxiety and Depression have shadowed me since I was about 13. I’m terrified to seek help; But I know I need it, so here I am. I realize I can’t get much professional help from here, but I’m mainly just looking for some friends. Supporters. People who understand. So I can understand and support in return. I’ve been having really bad panic attacks. And a lot of it happens at work. I feel unsafe. And as if everyone is staring at me, whilst judging me. It’s awful because I can’t find anyone who understands. All of my friends can’t relate to my anxiety, so I haven’t been able to find anyone to talk to.
