  So I am an Addisonian, I've been diagnosed with this disease since I was 8 years old, I am now 29..early on before I knew I had it, I would routinely get sick from lack of medication.fast forward to 2017-2018 I haven't been taking my medication for months now, and I feel fine  an occasional headache here or there, but otherwise fine, no vomiting, no dehydration..no blurry vision..how can this be?

  if theres 1 thing I hate, its admitting any kind of weakness, or facet of human frailty..but lately, Ive been feeling lonely, and while in my mind and in my consciousness I know having a partner fills no voids.. it only gives you the strength to fill them yourself.  and I know the value of having someone is pretentious in the way the media propagates it...but why do I feel like this? Is it all just too common for human beings to just want what they don't have?

  I was diagnosed with Addisons when I was 7 years old, through many ups and downs to changing meds, to vitiligo and countless hospital trips, now in my later life I feel like this disease has aided in my current depression, has anyone else felt the same way?

  For the most part ima normal functioning guy, I go to work, I have friends, I have hobbies and passions.  But recently Ive been feeling depressed, I haven't been in a relationship in a while and many times I feel my dreams are stagnent because od fear and that effects me, thr constant tug of war between what I value and what society values seems to stay on my brain, to where I feel like I'm driving myself crazy.. my only real goal is happiness, but right now I just feel sadness and turmoil.
