  Hai im Zo. I have Psycho depressive disorder and try to live my daily suppose to be normal life as a 17 year old teen. I want to not be so scared. All i see is black figures yelling at me and only somedays it will  affect my whole body causing me to not hear or see anyone. Im getting help but its not enough. I feel like there just trying to patch it up with more medications but it just makes me even more depressed :'( can i please talk to someone.
