  I tend to run to alcohol when I'm depressed. It takes all the pain away and makes my mind forget. Their was a point in my life I was drinking every night to forget all my problems but I started working more hours so I been staying busy with that. I been on medication but some days they don't seem to help. I just feel I drink all my problems away. I'm tired of living with depression. I feel like im not even worth it half the time. I can't make anyone happy because im not happy with my self nor

  I been dealing with depression for years but the last two years is when it really hit in, I feel no need to ever go out and hang with friends, I always want to stay home. Always tired, I used to always do to alcohol cause I felt like it solved my issue. But I honestly started not drinking so much because the taste starting getting blah. So more and more I see my self wanting to be alone and not having energy to want to do anything. Always been alone and felt not wanted

  My mind seems to wonder more at night time. Some days it's hard to sleep cause my mind runs, and my anxiety and depression get worse
