  In my 20 years of having MG I have learned my mental/emotional state has been the key factor in having Myasthenia. The foods I eat effect Myasthenia. The healthier I eat the better it helps with MG along with exercise whenever I am able. Another significant thing I learned was the Candida/leaky gut connection. The more I have treated myself for Candida the more strength I have gotten and MG decreases; Candida toxins are problematic and those toxins and antiobodies have to be controlled or...
