  why are my emotions been happening more cause nothing has happened lately to trigger them I been ever sense I went to my counselor last Thursday ... Making me feel like I’ve done something wrong...

  im frustrated seems like when I try to sleep  my body won't let me seems like my meds aren't working that my physic doctor gave me to go to sleep aren't helping  to the point I'm gonna start crying as I already did once

  feeling really down down cause one of my friend committed  suicide a couple days ago. I really didn't believe it at first but when his brother posted Rest In Peace. I just really wanted to break down and cry. He was a very awesome person he was always smiling .

  cause when I'm suppose to be able to call my  psychiatrist  to talk about my meds sense I've been not doing well I can't even get through to them  cause supposedly there numbers are no longer in service
