I got an email from Kohl's that I had a 40% off coupon for today and tomorrow only. It took me about an hour but I placed an order and got some great deals. I have been wanting a new dress. I like dressing up sometimes. My birthday is coming up and I have dinner plans at a nice restaurant. But, honestly, I'm a little out of control again. I went through this in the fall. I bought...

Has anyone else noticed that clearly speaking and doing things intentionally is liberating because it helps combat the feeling of depression and a sense of hopelessness? Let me share a little more: in my experience, when those who have tried to project a hidden agenda that is obviously not aligned with integrity and well-being, it's best to be firm and speak clearly from self-awareness and...

Most people associate being in bed with being alone, or at least if not they generally accept the idea; and so being alone in bed doesn't generally make people lonely per se.
So it's a kind of good place to go to go into stasis while your body processes whatever chemical soup is bringing you down.

Maybe just go to the gym then. Work out your stuff on the machines. Keep going and you'll eventually feel like part of the furniture.
Day a week
You aren't alone, there are groups out there, at least once a day sit down or lay down and listen to a guided meditation from you tube and just listen to it and stay where you are regardless of how uncomfortable it may be. When you get through it you'll feel a little better but it does take repetition and time so do not lose patience. It took a lot of time for your anxiety and your body to make these patterns of anxiety and so it will take time to remove them and add new ones that will better you. You're never alone man, pray. That feeling you get when you think you can't anymore and somehow you do, that is God and he is inside you and around you. Be confident in the fact that he is there for you and will not let go of you. Listen to your true self, if you are attached to your ways and feel hesitant to make an effort to feel God then you are not alone we all feel that but release those ways and give yourself and your anxieties to God. He will take them, allow him to take over and he will be your Guide. Sounds cheesy man but it i true, most things we have no control over, and those are the things that give us anxiety so give those things to God. Don't think of him as a christian God or a Muslim God or a many Gods, he is not of human identity, he is in you and he will take this burden.
One more suggestion, check out some comedy, I like listening to Joey Diaz and Theo Von, they talk about life and make great jokes and suggestions on how to live your life. It is a little overboard at times and not for everyone but it works for me.
