  I have been doing really well until today. I am having a really hard day. So bad that I want to kill myself. I am really thinking about it. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel so lost and confused and like I have no one to turn to. If I die then the pain will end. I don't think anyone would notice if I died. No one would miss me. I don't know why I am here anymore.

  I want to give up. I feel like I can't do anything right. I am feeling so lost like the only option is to end my life. I want the pain to end. I want to die right now

  I feel like I failed that I am a big disappointment and a burden on everyone. I feel like I let down my counselor and case manager. I feel myself slipping again. It doesn't help that my anxiety has been really bad 2. I'm trying to get help I am trying to be better but it's not working. I just want to call it quits

  I was in the hospital yesterday night because I had a plan to kill myself. I feel like I failed. That I am a big disappointment. I just want those feelings to go away. I don't want to fail anymore. They let me go but I don't feel any better
