  I've been dealing with depression for a long time now that I can't even remember a time when I didn't have the passing thought you'd be better of dead floating around in the back of my head as a first response to anything that might happen. Ive been in counseling for about 3 years now but have been recently been thinking about ending me in a very real way I dont know how much more I can take

  I feel horribly down, my mood is shifting so rapidly I can barely keep up. When I feel nothing its ok, actually I'd prefer if I didn't have to feel at all. The problem comes on the depressed moods, i keep having the bad thoughts and they should scare me but they don't.
