  I'm pretty new here.  I was diagnosed several years ago with major depression and PTSD, and suffered from panic attacks.  For a few years I seemed so much better, but remained on a low dose of an anti-depressant and Klonopin for anxiety.  But in the past month I have felt overwhelmed with stress (honestly, it just feels like life "stuff), my mood has been down and I am experiencing panic attacks almost daily.  I don't know what is going on with me.  My only dr is my GP, and I really don't...

  Several years ago I was diagnosed with PTSD and sufferered severe panic attacks.  Over the last for years or so I have seen a marked improvement.  My depression lifted, and my panic attacks pretty much subsided.  I would have maybe a handful, if that, over the course of a year.  This past month, however, I have had several.  Like ten during the course of a week, then almost a dozen in the last few days.  I still have Klonopin to take.  I was down to .5 mg at night, and that was more...
