  I feel like once going no contact and then talking, even for a brief moment, is like ripping the scab off again and everything is back to where it started. My ex called and tried talking- we argued and he left the conversation by saying "f you" and hung up on me. I block his numbers but he knows how to contact me still. I posted something else before this one but nobody really responded so figured I'd try again.

  I've never sought out help or advice this way before but I figured I'd give it a try! My ex and I had been off and on for about 5 years. We split up 3 weeks ago today(we've never been apart this long before) We had two children together whom one passed away a few days before her due date.  He had put me through everything, physical abuse, mental abuse, alienated myself from friends and family, he cheats, lies, did drugs behind my back, stole from me, vandalized my vehicles.
