  Who else besides me has PTSD Dyskenisha?  The look with wide big eyes and a fearful expression.  I was told to smile more.It's rather difficult when your moods shift and you cannot handle your expressions due to the feeling of guilt and abandonment.Is there anything I can do Shrink Wise.  or Case Management.  I would prolly get more done if I talked to my Blended Case ManagementRather than bitching at my doctor.  I am afraid this is tearing myself apart more and more and I build more walls...

  I found Jewel23.  She was a gem.  She was female.  Whenever I couldn't sleep, she was always on.  Talking to me consoling me, we sorta consoled eachother.  She told me she was out. She asked me my sexuality.  I told her I was a straight female.I never judged her.  I was always there for her.  She never judged me.  I feel lost.  A piece of me is missing.  I keep looking to find her, only to find out she hasn't been here.  We both have the same issues, except her issues at the time...
