  Hi Everyone,What do you do to help with fatigue? I am currently on Plaquenil which has helped greatly with my hands but not so much with my fatigue. I have really good days where I have lots of energy, and I'm able to get a lot done. And then there are days I have extreme fatigue and fall asleep at work. What works best for you at fighting fatigue?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

  My hands have really been bothering me when I sleep and also when I wake up. They are stiff, swollen and achy. I feel like I need some kind of glove that keeps my fingers straight during the night. My fingers feel like they automatically curl when I'm sleeping and this is causing problems. Also, is there a glove out there that has a coolant built in? My hands always feel like they are hot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Beth
