Fatigue........

Hi Everyone,

What do you do to help with fatigue? I am currently on Plaquenil which has helped greatly with my hands but not so much with my fatigue. I have really good days where I have lots of energy and I take advantage of those days. Other days, I literally fall asleep at work and feel like I'm moving through mud. Any suggestions would be helpful.
