  I guess this is day 6. The whole week was great up until about 2 hours ago. I was fine all day until it was time to go to bed. That's when I thoughts started creeping into my head. Luckily I jumped on my support group app and I had a bunch of people reach out to me and help me take a step back and evaluate the situation. So no set backs today. But the road was definitely a lot rocker than before.

  Day 2:Well I am feeling much better today. I have joined several groups online and have installed an app that sends me a check up every night. I am especially worried about the next few weeks because my roommate will be gone for four weeks and that's when I tend to fall into sin again. But I am determined to overcome this. I still need to find an accountability partner for my app and set up the restrictions on my phone and computer. But so far I am feeling pretty good.
