  I've been having problems with short term memory lately. Walking into rooms with no recollection of why. Swearing I left something in one place only to find it somewhere else. Forgetting names etc... It seems to worsen when pain flares up again. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a connection to flare ups? Is there a Vitamin or something that helps?

  I was diagnosed with MCTD about a year ago (after 9 months of the lab rat routine. 7 doctors, hundreds of thousands in tests and re-testing.) .I no longer have health insurance, I can not afford a doctor, I live in the US.Through natural remedies pain has not been a major factor for the last 9 months. Earlier today my back popped, 3 inches to the left of my spine, 2 inches below the shoulder blades. Immediately my neck felt hot, now the left side of my neck and back as well as my left...
