  does anyone else get chest pain when they are out in the sun? Kind of feels like my lungs swell up. I try and keep out of the sun but it's almost impossible with a toddler during summer time. Also wondering if anyone developed SVT, Sinus Tacchy or AFIB with MCTD. I'm due for an ablation in Aug and nervous that it won't be much help. How was your experience? I'm on metropolol now for my heart.

  Does anyone get frequent daily muscle spasms/twitching? My BMP levels are normal, I've been eating bananas and drinking Gatorade everyday to ensure electrolytes are balanced and potassium is ok. Just wanted to know if anyone else with MCTD experiences this? I just started taking prednisone along with plaquenil but this was prior to taking any meds (recently diagnosed) but showing symptoms of MCTD since 2004 muscle spasms started 3 months ago my rheumatologist seems to be puzzled about it.
